Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal — your access stays active until the end of the billing period, no partial charges.
What happens to Screen Analyzer credits if I cancel?
Credits you purchased separately never expire. Pro monthly credits are granted each billing cycle — if you cancel, you keep the current month's credits until they're used or the period ends.
Can I upgrade Core to Pro later?
Yes. Open the billing portal from the Tools page and switch plans. Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — 7-day no-questions-asked refund. Email [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no justifications, no hoops.
