"Navigli Evening — Low-Key Art to Live Music"

✨ Casual-creative·⏱ 2.5 hrs
~$42
1

Fonderia Napoleonica Eugenia

40 min

Small bronze foundry turned gallery — 5 min walk from the Navigli. Free, low-pressure, 15-20 people inside max. Gives you both something to look at so the first 10 minutes have oxygen.

📍 via Thaon di Revel 21, Milano

Talk about: the design piece that surprised you — design is her interest, and gallery conversations naturally loop into "what would you put in your apartment" which opens up how-you-live questions.

2

Mag Cafè

60 min

Speakeasy on the canal. Cocktails $12–15, low lights, not loud. Cross the Naviglio Grande and you're there in 4 minutes — the walk is the date's first "we're together" moment.

📍 Ripa di Porta Ticinese 43, Milano

Transition line: "There's a place on the canal I've been wanting to try — 4 minutes on foot, up for a cocktail?"

Talk about: order something she wouldn't normally pick. Wine is her interest so ask what she'd drink if the menu forced her to be weird. Opens up "how I decide what I like" — warm, revealing, not deep.

3

Ostello Bello Grande (live music)

45 min · optional

Acoustic sets most Fridays/Saturdays 22:00. Walkable from Mag. If chemistry's there, end here with music. If it's "ok but not fire", skip this stop and end at the cocktail bar — don't force a 3rd act.

📍 via Lazzaretto 2, Milano

Transition line: "Ok either we say goodnight here and I see you again next week, or there's a place with live music 10 minutes away. Both good answers."

Why this plan works

First dates fail when a single venue has to carry 2+ hours. Three-venue dates feel like an evening, each transition resets energy, and giving her a clean "say goodnight now" escape at stop 2 makes her more likely to continue — pressure removal drives investment.

Use it when…

🍷

First date coming up

You have a date Friday. You don't want "drinks at some bar" — you want something she'll tell her friends about.

🏙️

New in town

You moved to a new city (or she did) and don't know the venues yet. The planner surfaces places you wouldn't find on Tripadvisor.

💸

Budget tight

Under $20 date plans that don't look cheap — coffee + walk in the right district, free museum + aperitivo, bookstore + wine bar.

🎉

Anniversary / special occasion

3rd date, 6-month anniversary, her birthday. Plans scale up when you want more. Splurge mode is legit.

🎯

She's hard to impress

She dates a lot, she's seen the standard moves. You need the off-menu plan that rewards effort without looking effortful.

🔁

Second date upgrade

First date was coffee. Don't run back to coffee. The planner sequences naturally from date #1 → #2 → #3.

★★★★★

"Planner gave me a gallery → cocktail bar → rooftop plan for a second date in Rome. She told me three weeks later it was the best first-date plan she'd ever been on. I didn't invent any of it — I just ran the tool."

Common questions

Does it actually know my city?

It knows the big ones (NYC, LA, London, Berlin, Milano, Rome, Madrid, Paris, Tokyo, Sydney, ~40 more at cultural fluency, plus ~500 at geographical awareness). For smaller towns it suggests archetypal plans ("a café-to-bookshop-to-bar sequence") you adapt locally.

How current are the venue picks?

We flag venues that existed at last index (~6 months ago). Always spot-check Google before the date — small venues close. Larger recommendations (district + type) age better.

Does it consider her interests?

Yes — if you fill in the optional "her interests" field, the planner matches venue types (wine → natural wine bar, design → gallery stop, outdoors → park adjacent). Skip the field and you get a great-for-anyone default.

Can I copy the whole plan to send her?

There's a "copy full plan" button that exports with Google Maps links for every venue. Most users send just the first 2 stops and keep the 3rd as a "if the night's going well" ace.

Is this included in Core?
